Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is a hands-on treatment designed to improve physical health and well-being by manipulating the body's muscles and soft tissues. It can be beneficial for a variety of reasons, including addressing muscle imbalances, alleviating sore muscles, reducing anxiety, and promoting stress relief. For those with muscle tension or discomfort, therapeutic massage helps to target areas of tightness and discomfort, improving circulation and flexibility. It can also help reset the body’s natural balance, restoring alignment and reducing pain caused by poor posture or overuse. In addition, the calming effects of a massage can significantly reduce anxiety levels, offering a mental break from daily stresses. Whether you're looking to relieve muscle strain, ease tension, or simply enjoy some deep relaxation, therapeutic massage provides a holistic approach to nurturing both body and mind.

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is the treatment of various conditions using a laser to bring about a photochemical reaction at a cellular level. The laser light penetrates tissue, where it is absorbed by cells and converted into energy that influences the course of metabolic processes. The LTU-904 is an infrared laser operating at a wavelength of 904 nanometres. This invisible wavelength penetrates deeply into tissue (much deeper than the often used red laser operating in the visible red region). Used in the combination of other modalities
